Starting from a very strong insight that teenagers have very few sources to discover what type of job will suit them we developed a mobile app and a web site based on the very well known Holland methodology. The mobile / web app consists in a series of tests that will help young people to identify what type of tasks and jobs they are compatible. Further more the app not only makes job suggestions, but also provides the academic path upon the job type. The app has been awarded Silver prize in the Branded Apps section at Mobile Awards Romania.
